  1. It is a sad time that we losing the WWII generation at up to 1500 a day. I have to honestly say it was a depressing day when I heard we lost Dick Winters but pray that he rests in peace. His generation deserves it more than anyother! With a selfish thought I wish they’re generation could be with us longer as I feel they could fix our country’s problems which is mainly our White House, Congress. Their generation had the right morals, ethics, standards and values that I see so little of today.
