Remington seemed to hit a sweet spot with the release of the Model 783 a few years back. Fink points out a number of simple, yet desirable features that enhance the accuracy potential of the 783 Walnut Edition, from the robust and stiff action to the meaty and rigid magnum-contour barrel. On top of that, Remington is also offering a package deal on the rifle, complete with a Vortex Crossfire 3-9x40mm scope.
