English Whitworth Sharpshooter's rifle with telescope mounted along the left side of the barrel. This gun was one of twelve purchased in England in early 1863. T.W. Cofer revolver, Second Model, 36-caliber, invented and patented by a Portsmouth, Virginia, gunsmith who made about fifty of them before the fall of Norfolk and Portsmouth in May, 1860.
